Robin Carlson
OWNER
Robin joined Maitri Marketing in 2010 and held a variety of positions including department manager, office assistant, regional and national demo coordinator, sales rep, and manager of sales and operations. Today, she is the owner.
Prior to joining the natural products industry, Robin spent time in the title insurance and legal fields, as well as time as a massage therapist in high-end spas and a chiropractic office. Robin’s personal enthusiasm for natural products is married with a keen desire to champion the brands we represent, helping them grow and flourish.
When she’s not working, Robin loves shopping, movies, and spending time with her husband and sons.
Amelia Beckel

Amelia transitioned into the natural and organic sector after getting her start in the I.T. world and never looked back. After ten years in the produce industry, she eagerly joined the Maitri team with experience in marketing, pricing, reporting and relationship building.
With a creative eye and growth mindset, Amelia thrives when promoting sustainable practices and goods from the field to the check stand. Her passion for clean products paired with her skill to easily digest and present data makes her an ideal partner to support the brands we proudly represent.
Outside of the workforce you can find Amelia skipping rocks with her family and planning her next meal (followed by dessert, or course!).
Alicia Uyeda

At a very young age, Alicia was introduced to natural products. She quickly developed a passion for the holistic industry and has been active in the greater Seattle holistic community for over 20 years.
As a graduate of the Bastyr University Nutrition program, Licensed Massage Practitioner, holistic beauty care consultant, educator and mother, Alicia utilizes all angles of her life-long experience and education to emphasize the importance of whole-body health. Various positions within the industry have also allowed her to develop a great understanding of excellent customer service from both the retail and manufacturer side.
When not working, she can be found trail running, playing guitar or spending time with her daughter.
Dooley Stevens

Dooley has always believed that enhancing external beauty can often be best rewarded by one's newly discovered self-confidence. Inspired by that belief, she enjoyed beginning her career as an Advisor and Account Coordinator for Estee Lauder cosmetics.
After gaining valuable experience in retail management, she sought to expand her knowledge in skin care. Dooley earned her certification as a licensed aesthetician in 2007 and, for several years, worked with two prominent plastic surgeons in Eugene, Oregon. Since entering the natural products industry in 2013, she has proven to be adept in coordinating merchandise distribution and providing superb customer service.
An avid baseball fan, Dooley cheers for the Seattle Mariners with her husband and plays catch with her son in the backyard.
Ileana Escamilla

Ileana Escamilla is originally from South Texas but has been residing in Seattle for the past 11 years.
She began working in the natural industry in 2005 with as a Whole Foods Market, Whole Body team member in Austin, TX. After 6 years of working with the company she was able to learn almost every position that was offered in the department. In 2011 Ileana transitioned to an Account Manager role for Renew Life where she would now service WFM locations and other natural markets in the Washington and Oregon area.
After Renew Life she worked for industry classics like Vega and Orgain before continuing her natural industry journey with Maitri Marketing.
Jessica Cutting

Jessica started her journey in the natural industry at a very young age. Her passion and schooling beginning with homeopathy and herbalism in her early teens.
As an adult Jessica ventured outside of the industry and took a job as a district trainer for customer service and sales in women’s fashion before returning to her roots and eventually managing the supplements and health and beauty departments at Pilgrims Market in Coeur d’ Alene, leading to a natural and happy transition with Maitri Marketing.
In her free time you will find Jessica with her family, backpacking, rock climbing, hiking and generally enjoying the splendor of the outdoors.
Karin Coart

Karin loves the NW and is a Washingtonian native. She has enjoyed over 25 years in the health & wellness industry, within a variety of different companies.
Prior to Maitri, Karin’s passion brought her to explore and delve into healing through natural solutions. She worked with Super Supplements, Whole Foods, Bastyr University and dispensary. Working directly with multiple health lines Garden of Life, Barleans, Weleda, Vega, Megafoods and more. She graduated with a Dietetic Technician degree, Yoga certification,
Cranial Sacral and Reiki certification and continues her health coaching studies. Karin enthusiastically believes “Health is Wealth!”
When not working, she is enjoying nature, hiking, dancing, her horses, gardening, discovering new health modalities and watching the wellness industry growing steadily and vibrantly stronger.
Mica Christensen

Mica's passion for the natural industry was cultivated while spending her late teenage years working in Utah's oldest organic and fair trade coffee and tea shop, Caffe Ibis. She moved to Coeur d'Alene, Idaho in her early 20's to pursue a degree in Integrative Medicine and fell in love with the Inland and Pacific Northwest.
Over the years she has worked in Naturopathic medical offices as an administrator and health coach and educator. She has worked in natural retail stores local to Coeur d'Alene and Spokane and is passionate about supporting others in their pursuit for wellness. She believes in a holistic approach to health- balancing emotional and physical well-being with wholesome products that nurture our individual wellness and our planet.
When she isn't working, you can find her traveling in her van with her boyfriend to snowboard, rock climb, or just to explore the beauty of nature.
Rachel Evans

Rachel joined Maitri Marketing in 2013. In her 20 years in the natural foods trade, Rachel has worked in a variety of roles, including owner of a small raw foods café, staff member in PNW-based independents and a co-op, and broker representative.
Rachel’s expertise and strong positive relationships are an asset to Maitri and the companies we represent. Her passion for issues such as non-GMO, fair trade, organic standards and specialty diets, means that Rachel stays abreast of the latest information and product knowledge. She also sits on the Board of Directors for Provender Alliance, further extending her passion for education and leadership in the natural products industry.
In her free time, Rachel enjoys being in nature and spending quality time with her son.
Tia Wick-Gladstone

Tia currently resides in Tacoma but has lived in the Pacific Northwest her entire life. She spent over 25 years in the cosmetics industry in various capacities before breaking into the natural industry in 2015.
Tia assisted in opening up the Chambers Bay Whole Foods while working in their Whole Body department. She is proud to be with the amazing women at Maitri Marketing and representing so many incredible companies.
When she's not working you can find her in the mountains or on the water with her husband and 2 daughters.
